What we never collect
- Social Insurance Numbers (SIN)
- Banking login credentials
- Uploaded identity or financial documents
- Credit-bureau information (we do not perform credit inquiries)
What we do collect
When you submit a review request, we collect your first name, email, and (optionally) phone number, plus the categorical answers you selected during the guided intake. Diagnostic answers entered on the score page stay in your browser unless you submit them.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your review request. We do not sell, share, or transfer your information to lenders, brokers, or third parties without your explicit consent.
Your rights
You can withdraw a review request at any time by writing to us. Canadian privacy law (PIPEDA, plus Quebec's Law 25 where applicable) governs this site.
